The Premium version of CoastKey includes a Start Panel and a 5-button remote (FOB) that works as a wireless kill switch (ECOS). It also enables wireless START/STOP of the engine and one extra remote-controlled function (for example TRIM/TILT).
PRODUCT INFORMATION
Designed for Suzuki single outboard engines with mechanical controls using the newer-generation Suzuki wiring system (MCR 2). Supplied with a CoastKey Plug & Play wiring harness with connectors that fit directly into the existing Suzuki wiring for easy installation.
If remote trim/tilt control will be used as extra function, a dedicated adapter can be added: Trim/Tilt Adapter: SKU CK20103-3
*A minor modification to the Suzuki ignition switch is required for the CoastKey system to operate correctly. Please refer to the installation instructions for details.
Compatibility: Designed for newer Suzuki mechanical installations using the MCR 2 system. The Suzuki mechanical wiring system was changed around 2022. Please make sure your installation uses the MCR 2 system before ordering.
Important – Suzuki Keyless Systems: If the boat is equipped with one of Suzuki’s keyless systems, it must be de-installed before installing CoastKey. This must be carried out by an authorized Suzuki dealer. For new installations, CoastKey should be installed instead of the Suzuki keyless system.

COASTKEY PREMIUM is a complete keyless system with remote START/STOP and remote TRIM/TILT in addition to a wireless kill switch (ECOS).
In addition to the Engine Control Box, Harness and Start Panel (which is mounted in clear view at the steering position), the system is equipped with a 5-button wireless remote control (FOB). Beyond the benefits of using the Start Panel (described below), the FOB can be used to turn on the ignition and start and stop the engine(s) wirelessly. When you have the FOB with you, it is not necessary to enter a PIN code to unlock the panel.
By wearing the FOB at all times, the captain is secured with one of the market’s best wireless man-overboard systems, which ensures that the boat stops if you fall overboard.
With PREMIUM you can remotely tilt the engine(s) up and down.
Handy when you arrive at the boat and can stand on the jetty to tilt the engine(s) down and then start them before getting on board and casting off. This is also useful when launching with a boat trailer.
Even without the FOB, you can always start the boat using the Start Panel, which is mounted in clear view at the steering position. To “unlock” you simply enter a PIN code instead of using an ignition key. It is easy to change the PIN code to restrict access, for example after loaning out the boat.
