1. Introduction
These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of products by consumers through coastkey.eu. A consumer is a natural person who buys for purposes outside their trade, business or profession. These terms apply to consumer sales within the European Union and the European Economic Area.
Your purchase is protected by mandatory EU consumer law, in particular the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Sale of Goods Directive (2019/771). These terms do not limit any rights you have under applicable law; they set out the main rights and obligations of the parties. Where these terms are silent, the applicable law applies.

We recommend you check that the confirmation matches your order and contact us promptly if anything is incorrect.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of obvious pricing or typographical errors that you realised or ought to have realised were errors, or if a product is sold out. If so, we will inform you as soon as possible.
4. Prices and payment
Prices shown in the webshop include applicable VAT. The total cost, including all taxes and shipping, is shown in the order process before you complete your purchase. We may charge for the product from the time it is dispatched. Payment is made using the payment methods offered at checkout; your card may be reserved for the purchase amount at the time of ordering.
5. Delivery
Delivery takes place in the manner, to the place and within the time stated in the order process. Unless otherwise stated, we deliver within a reasonable time and no later than 30 days after your order. If we cannot deliver on time, we will inform you of the reason and a new delivery date. The risk for the product passes to you when you (or a carrier you have designated, other than one we offered) take possession of it.
6. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party (other than the carrier) indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. email or the model withdrawal form in the Annex) before the withdrawal period expires. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal. You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notified us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied proof of having sent them, whichever is earliest. We will use the same means of payment you used, unless otherwise agreed; the reimbursement will not cost you anything.
7. Conformity of goods and complaints
The goods must conform to the contract. If a product is defective and this is not caused by you, you are entitled, under the Sale of Goods Directive and applicable national law, to have the defect remedied by repair or replacement, and where appropriate to a price reduction or to terminate the contract. You benefit from a minimum two-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery.
If you discover a defect, notify us within a reasonable time by contacting post@coastkey.no. This legal guarantee applies in addition to, and independently of, any commercial warranty offered by us or the manufacturer, which may give you further rights.
